our Booking Process
01 | Say Hello
Fill out our inquiry form and tell us all about your love story, wedding plans, and what you're dreaming up. Within 48 hours, we'll send over our pricing guide and let you know if your date is available.
02 | Let's Grab Coffee
Now comes the fun part, we get to meet! Whether we're sitting down for coffee or chatting virtually, this is our chance to get to know each other, hear more about your vision, and see if we're the perfect fit for your wedding day.
03 | Make It Yours
Take some time to look through the collections and choose the one that feels right for your day. Need help deciding? We're always happy to walk through the options together.
04 | Make It Official
Once you've selected your collection that's right for you, we'll send over your contract and invoice. To officially reserve your wedding date, you'll sign your contract and submit a $1500 non-refundable retainer. Because we only take a limited number of weddings each year, your date is not secured until both the signed contract and retainer have been received.

It helps us make sure we're the right fit for your day and allows us to start building an experience that feels seamless, meaningful, and uniquely yours.
